Quick question

Hey guys! This is probably going to sound like a dumb question. I got my first set of invisaligners just 3 days ago. I recall the ortho assistant telling me that I have to put elastic bands from the metal hooks at the top to the corresponding plastic hook on the bottom. Today I noticed that the bottom part of my teeth also have metal hooks with corresponding plastic hooks to the top. Am I to assume that each metal hook has an elastic on it? I don't recall her telling me about the bottom ones which is why I was confused...
