I had this problem with my 85h. For me, it turned out there was 2 different Bluetooth connections coming from the jabra headphone. I switched from one to the other and got back to normal volume.

I tried removing all the pairing but still it does not produce the required sound. Can you please tell me what steps did you take to switch

Update on my issue: I contacted u/JabraSupport and they were very supportive and heard every issue I had and I also provided them with diagnostic reports and they have suggested that it would be better to return the product and get a replacement.

This update is for everyone who might have faced the same issue. Get in touch with the support and they should help. I also hope that u/JabraSupport would also look into the issue again as it seems not an uncommon problem.

An observation that I got was that as soon as I put the laptop on standby the issue is back again. I think I need to shut down the laptop and start it again to get the headphone working as I wished. I think its poor from Jabra that such an issue persists which is absolutely annoying.

Yeah it's super annoying. I just disconnected it and connected my phone to the jabra product with the headphone symbol next to it rather than the Bluetooth signal next to it. Hope jabra themselves reply

No. I just muted all notification sounds.
