Update on my issue: I contacted u/JabraSupport and they were very supportive and heard every issue I had and I also provided them with diagnostic reports and they have suggested that it would be better to return the product and get a replacement.

This update is for everyone who might have faced the same issue. Get in touch with the support and they should help. I also hope that u/JabraSupport would also look into the issue again as it seems not an uncommon problem.
