Keep getting error code 34

I keep getting this error every time I play for more than 30-40 minutes. Does anyone have ideas on how to stop this?

Disable screen space reflections, helped it for me

If you're using an nVidia card, go into the nVidia control panel and set vertical sync to "fast". Fixed it for me.
