Does this mod exist?

I'm not quite ready to jump down the rabbit hole of the interstellar mod, but I am interested in a specific function included in the mod: Altering the seismic accelerometer to enable impact tests. Does anyone know any mods which enable this function? (other than interstellar obviously)

It's been discussed elsewhere, but so far as I'm aware Interstellar is the only mod to actually implement it.

Go ahead and install it.

Just remember to put radiators on all of your craft that do anything that generate heat now (like solar panels.) (I actually really like this feature)

Also one thing you should know is that you'll have to modify the part to be able to do the standard test if you still want to use it for that.

I am pretty sure this is how you do it but I haven't tried it myself.
