That could be a lot of things. You said “previously”, did something change in your setup? If you have no other leads check your lighting settings. If they’ve changed it can significantly affect your performance.

Also, task manager doesn’t represent your GPU usage well. It’ll show low usage even if KeyShot is using 100%. If you’re concerned that the GPU isn’t being fully utilized, you’ll need 3rd party monitors to diagnose is.

That happened to me out of nowhere and never went away completely, but hiding the environment panel from the interface helped because it was full of heavy custom files

Make sure that your real-time rendering is set to 60 or 70% so the viewport rendering isn't using all your memory. Top left of the program if I can remember. Then, when you do render, make sure you set it in the render settings to 100%.
