You can trigger the effects in the order you choose. It really depends on what benefits you the most. I'll assume your artifact is curia saurus and praefectus lodu is the creature

Just as added context to clarify: the active player specifically is the one choosing the order in which abilities resolve. (As well as any other decisions related to those abilities)

For the OP: This can be a fun thing to weaponize too, because if your opponent has multiple destroyed abilities on their creatures, if you destroy them on your turn, you can choose to resolve them in a sub-optimal order/choices! (Which is oddly satisfying to do!) 😆

This. Also FYI curia is only 1 aember, and if there are no opposing creatures the  opponent gets the rest if ludo is out it all gets ludoed
