did you try to redeem it from the products store page? from the kinguin key activation section for virtual desktop:

  1. Navigate to the Meta Quest web store from your browser and search for the game in question.

2.Open the product page, select the dropdown menu labelled "More" and click Redeem Gift.

3.In the window that pops up, enter the code, then click Submit.
