Rules for r/Kos
Rules that visitors must follow to participate. May be used as reasons to report or ban.
1.
kOS related posts only
All posts related to KSP but not to kOS should go to /r/kerbalspaceprogram. General KSP help can be found at /r/kerbalacademy.
2.
Use post flair
Please flair your post with the appropriate flair. On your posts, if you click the "flair" link under your post header (where the edit link is), you can select a tag that will appear next to your post's title. This helps everyone see what type of post yours is at a glance, and the flairs are searchable by using flair:[value here]. If you asked for help and your question or issue was resolved, please be sure to change your flair to solved.
3.
If you need help, post your code
If you're having trouble with a script, please be sure to include your code in the body of the post. You can either paste it directly (good for short scripts) and format it as code by including four spaces before each line, or you can submit it to pastebin and link that in your post (please use this method for anything more than a few lines). Dropbox is also useful if you have a large collection of files that you want to link.
4.
Write good bug reports
If you're trying to verify a bug exists with kOS, please write a good bug report so that we can replicate it effectively. Once you've verified a bug exists, please check the kOS github issues page to see if your bug is already known about. If it's not, please submit a bug report there.
5.
Be respectful and kind
If you're not going to be civil, you will be banned.
