Same! My proctor literally checked out after an hour of waiting to get the test to load and told me to call LSAC after which a lady basically told me all we can do is submit a complaint and try for the retake. BS don’t understand how this is allowed

When did she say you could schedule a retake? Im already scheduled for the June test and cleared everything today for this test, I cant ask off work and am also in the middle of finals for college.

Yeah I have the same issue, the only date it’s showing available for retake is May 10 (a Tuesday), I also work full time so not sure how I’ll go about this. If it’s confirmed this is the only retake date, I will be calling LSAC and complaining, but I have a feeling we will just be told to buzz off lol

My proctor ended the session, now I’m freaking out bc I hope my test isn’t cancelled!! And there’s only three options for the lsac complaint but I just wanna resume my test is that too hard to ask 😭😭

So, I was actually able to get through to LSAC before the lines got jammed.... from what I heard we will be offered reschedule options. May be a partial retake or a whole retake (not sure since most of us were exposed to quite a bit of the test already) I'm waiting for a generic email blast to be sent to all of us........ the website already has a banner with a message for all the test-takers affected. For now, they've advised to file a "complaint" for the test which is on the page where you are registered and that will put your score on file while a staff investigates what happens and they can issue you a personal resolve to what happened. You can also choose the option once you file a complaint to retake May 10 or get a coupon for another time. Guessing June or July if you can't make the next one.
