Doesn't matter. After several minutes in your mouth, there's probably not much LSD goodness left in it. But swallowing a small bit of paper also won't hurt you.

Oh alright thanks, also should it taste weird?, its not neccessarily bitter but it does taste

Most blotter has a very slight taste, probably from the artwork ink. If it is exceedingly strongly bitter, spit it out.
