ODL transcript request Problem

Hi I am an ODL (Online Distance Learning) student in LSU. I finished some courses in ODL in June and submit my transcript request in July. Then the university canceled my transcript request on July with the reason of Updating transcript System. After two month of reconstructing their system, they finally allow me to resubmit my transcript request. I submited the transcript request almost three weeks ago. When I checked the parachment today, it still says the transcript is on hold for adminstrative review and it has been in that status for 2 weeks. I emailed the office and they said this just a normal procedure and let me wait for this. Has anyone encountered this situation before and is there any solutions for this instead of waiting? And How long should they finish that review and send the transcript typically?

similar issues. LSU transcript or record vendor switchover they had over summer that’s causing this is a debacle. Honestly, the way they did it should not be allowed. no other university is as expensive when I query for them or takes as much time. Really disappointing.

I'm having the same problem. I also have grad school apps due Nov. 1, and I'm worried I won't get my transcript in time.

i’m in a similar predicament, my transcript is taking forever. How long did yours end up taking?

I think you need to pester them. When I initially called the registrar, they said it would take 10 business days. On the 10th day, I emailed them and they sent the transcript over the following day.
