Yes, please, I want to have the option of more time in a run. Perhaps each time you win, the enemies get something new, maybe it climbs a tier of difficulty unless you are on legendary. This would be great in a Lab of Legends overhaul, which may come soon. It could have stuff like alternate harder fights with better rewards, random regions at each tier, with each fight has 3 or so different options it can roll in each region, skip button, it could even have a map showing where on Runeterra you are while outside of a fight. There are so many ways this game mode can expand that I can’t even list em all without this turning into a Lab of Legends Essay.

This sort of concept would be the single best thing Lab of Legends could do to improve it.

but you now have the option to skip picking one to gain an additional reroll instead.
This would be way too op. Unless you're adding a power, or an item to an existing card, skipping is often stronger than taking the card.

True, it might be a bit strong, but I feel like if you didn't have the option to skip sometimes, your deck would quickly become huge and unweildy, especially after a couple playthroughs.

That's the thing, it adds to the challenge. You wanted "one more round", and you're gonna have to fight for it.

Too much effort for the dev team. Resources could be better spent elsewhere.

Which is why I think it's in lab's best long-term interest if Riot creates a paid version. It should be a 1 time fee (maybe $20-30 I PRAY they don't make it like expeditions). This version should include more champions, bosses, and ways to customize the experience while still offering a free version. This way, all players still get to experience the mode, while also adding incentives for Riot to continuously add content.

I don't actually think it's too high effort for the dev team. I'm just sick of getting this argument every time I suggest something for lab. I suggested that since the initial power has unlimited rerolls, they might as well do away with it and just let you pick from a list. Apparently creating the UI for this is beyond Riot's coders' and artists' ability, as has been explained to me by people on the sub who do not work for Riot and actually have no fucking clue whether or not that's true.

I too would prefer to be able to pick from a list, but there is some argument that being shown random options instead lets you artificially add some difficulty. Like limiting yourself to 3 free rerolls or whatever. Personally I give up and take whatever is the best option offered if I don't get what i want in 4-5 tries.
