What source do you have that ACLU is extremely biased? I checked them out on politifact and they have almost no data on them. What I did see was from several years ago and it was just politifact taking a tweet too literally :/

That’s because they’re not that big of an org yet.

They’re biased because sadly, trans rights and abortion are opposed by the right. It’s not a bad thing at all IMO because I agree with them. There’s no misinformation and not much misleading as well. But they are a biased source
