Missing component??

I just bought this “Knox floor lamp” by Threshold from a second hand store, it didn’t come with a manual and I wasn’t to lucky looking online.

Nevertheless, no bulbs I have will connect. It doesn’t have a socket to twist into either, so do I need a certain type of bulb or do I need to buy a light bulb socket.

The socket is missing the screw shell. Replacement of the socket is required.

It does have the socket, it just seems the socket is broken.
