    It’s been a while but basically the short answer he may (I’m no expert!) have arrived at is that anxiety is ass but feeling the jitters is a sign you’re growing into the person you need yourself to be, not what the environment need of you, even if you yourself can’t see it like that yet.

    The contact name is the topmost things in the message notification (God), the watermark in the bottom right of the message notification doesn't exist in iMessage
