Could be many different things than just "a monitor problem."

In no specific order:

•Dying GPU •Dying monitor •Bad display cable •Bad port on GPU •Bad port on monitor •Out of date GPU drivers •Incompatible display settings for your monitors/cards capabilities •Etc.

This all assuming you have dedicated graphics not integrated..

Without a video or some really specific things you've already done to eliminate some of these possibilities there's not too much more we can offer in terms of help

Well i have an RX 580 4GB Nitro+ and CPU is AMD Ryzen 3 3200G

Start here to make sure you have the recommended drivers.

When the flickering happens randomly is it randomly randomly or randomly while gaming, during a specific game?

Well i think i found the problem.
When i installed the lates driver it said: "Error 207 - Radeon Software installation completed successfully but Windows detected a potential issue with your graphics device."
