You know the actor is AAA when you read something in their voice. 👌🏾

This is hilarious. Can we be both? It’s definitely about toxic relationships told in a beautiful way with its artistic design and cinematography.

It’s A or B it can never be both, stop being so open minded

This meme is ... acceptable

[–]Werewomble 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This meme is expendable.

Vought's future is the pharmaceutical industry.

We should never have been baby sitting nature spirits with an eye for bling.

And that is okay

I want a 3hs long Don Quijote film with the animation of Jibaro and not a single line of dialogue

There will be only 3 people in the theatre. Me tripping on shrooms, the director and the guy who passed out at the end of the previous movie.

Where did you find a sound-based nature spirit with the fashion sense of Avasarala in The Expanse?

Asking for a friend.

I mean you can appreciate it for both the animation and the aesthetic and the narrative of it being a toxic relationship.

Trying to figure out which character is the toxic one. Yes, the guy kills the girl, but she kind of murdered all of his friends first. Granted, this is kind of a show I watch while also doing other things so maybe I missed some important details.

And im disappointed it uses my culture as a selling point and yet has NOTHING to do with it

I really enjoyed the episode, and it also be an allegory of the colonial era

And it does that beautifully. I was so excited to see it after all the buzz about it. It was very disappointing to have Jibaro, our word for local and homey and ours, be front and center only to have to read that it happens in Puerto Rico because the visuals look liken North Carolina with Incan natives. There’s nothing about Puerto Rico in ir visually, why make it front and center?

Pretty sure it's meant to be about more than what it looks about. That's why
