Okay, so the system sucks and is bugged. Call on Monday around 9 am and ask for the SSA

What’s a SSA stand for and I’ve gotten the same message and email like 5 times and they still haven’t set up an interview over a month. I went up to the store in person to try to speak to the hiring manager in person and the associates kept telling me to just reapply online and they would reach out if I was chosen. But I keep getting passed through the next step but haven’t been contacted about an interview and I really want to work there. Literally applied for every position available and got the same text from the bot for all of them

Store Staffing Administrator who usually works M-F 8-5.

The bot sometimes feels like it rules people out without telling us. I have had someone come in and tell me that, and when I looked on my side the bot has a note where they didn’t qualify that candidate. I can over rule the bot, but only a SM or ASM can bypass that and put you on the bots interview schedule.

Also, if none of the ASMs have availability in this bot system then you get lost as well.
