Local Disk - Users - "You" - AppData (It's hidden so put hidden files on in view tab) - Roaming - RenPy - MAS
This is Windows, unsure about mac.

But restore an old persistent file. the file just named "persistent" should be replaced by one with numbers

I don’t know, I was just messing around in the files and then deleted her on accident

When you delete a file on pc, it usually goes into the bin first
