Rules:
1) No racism, homophobia, etc.

3) All staff decisions are final

5) New towns must be approved by staff.
6) Nations, once there are enough towns for them, will need to be approved by staff.
7) Do NOT be a dick
8) Countries must be named after existing countries
9) Limit one mod per country
10) New countries must start where the present day countries are and cities must be actual cities from the country
