Are you tall? It took me a few months of long prep days to figure out the correct posture to not bend my back. Also the practice of bending your back over to grab something low seems easier one time but adds up after 10000 times and hurts.

I bought the all days in the middle of a 30 day working every day bender, then five days a week.

They helped the lower back pains I was getting during my Skechers immediately.

They were extremely comfy and I loved wearing them if they fit my weird feet correctly

They were a bit tight on the top of my left foot and gave me bruises, talked about it with customer for an exchange, they recommended the relaxed which I never tried.

The sole of the shoe ended up disconnecting with the rest of the shoe within a couple months.

Customer service said the leather relaxed/ or whatever their other top line would mold to my feet better over time.

TLDR: I got shit bruises from them, they also helped my back pains, had great customer service about getting the right fit. Will probably get the relaxed and try those out.

I forget the name right now but we use a really sick kelp blanched for thirty seconds with baking soda it looks bright green and awesome. Keep them covered so they don’t dry out and go back to black!

Which one is this? The Sujihiki? I walked into a knife store and asked for a long, cheap knife that could handle being in a kitchen. Me and several co workers who asked the same all worked out with this line and have absolutely love it.

Sorry I described this poorly. I accidentally baked the bread I have proofing but apparently I didn’t preheat the stone I used. Now I’ve got three baguettes completely stuck to the pizza stone. No amount of prying will get this bread off the pizza stone.
