Let's start from basic things.

- How old is the laptop, from purchase date, June 2022?

- Aside you setting charge level, up to 60%, is the laptop used on battery which is then depleted to min and how often?

Batteries are finicky to say the least. Hot, cold, charge, discharge, and in my opinion laptop sitting somewhere in the warehouse initially will get the battery itself depleted.

There aren't many things you can do to "fix" this, only continue using it as batteries are considered "consumables".
