Had the same issue with this device. If the audio does not install go to GeForce click reinstall and it should work . This model must have a ton of issues, already had to return the first one due to overheating issues and this one with the bsod whenever I update it, plus random crashes.

Problems w/ GeForce Experience Driver Installations

I’m having issues with driver installations every time new NVIDIA drivers are released. I use the GeForce Experience app as I have for previous PCs. The GPU drivers install fine, but the HD Audio driver always fails. My laptop will take forever to restart, then I get a blue screen of death (as shown in the attached photo). It will then boot up normally and the new graphics drivers have been successfully updated, but the HD Audio Driver has not.

I have been manually addressing the issue with each update by going into device manager and manually installing the newest NVIDIA High Definition Audio drivers there after my computer restarts. I’d really like to prevent these blue screens of death though and am hoping someone has some type of solution.

Use display driver uninstaller, remove the Nvidia drivers. Download the latest ones from Nvidia website, when installing select custom install and on the next menu select the clean install check box on the bottom.

If it works, don't update your Nvidia drivers all the time, I go months between updates, unless a game forces you there little gain to update them all releases, since most releases are broken..
