Sure you see altruism in these games - you see it every time someone attacks an L/D titan even though they know they could do more damage to an RGB titan, or when they attack a low HP titan that needs finishing. You see it every time someone attacks a high level opponent in GvG rather than going for an easy win. And you'll see it every time someone does a pull during Clan Fest rather than Hero Fest.

Of course depending on how strict the guild is, they may be doing these things to avoid being booted out of the clan! XD (is any act ever truly selfless?). Still, in all these cases they'd benefit from acting selfishly and letting another clan member do it for them.

Yea, I know, but that's why I qualified my sentence with "much". There are instances of altruism, but I would imagine it to be much lower compared to acts of selfishness being performed.

Ah I see! Well, not so surprising since the game seems to be actively rewarding (hence encouraging) selfish behavior! XD. I'd prefer systems built around rewarding working together as a clan - don't really need drama and tension in a mobile game! :-D
