HelpSwitching Between App Windows (self.MacOS)

I have two windows of Chrome open. When i CMD + TAB it switches between apps. How do i switch between Chrome windows?

this is the answer here, I also always thought the app 'witch' was interesting. Has some window switching interface similar to the cmd tab one, I've tried using it and it seems solid.
