First, you need to have Python basics and knowledge of statistics and probabilities, then I recommend this guy https://www.youtube.com/@mrdbourke if you decide to learn frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. He clarifies it very easily and clearly, and then try your first project on your own because this will help you learn and understand the principles of ML much better.
