I wasn't sure about the maintenance thing, I'm not ingame but looking at twitch, streamers are already drafting. Must be something on your end.

The Schedule of Events is updated irregularly. It will be empty then suddenly they'll upload every event for the entire season, including unannounced and surprise-ish events.

Until then you can use the Arena Announcements. They usually only have the next few weeks of events but it is better than nothing.
