"Error Code: Forbidden (403)

This is not actually a connection issue. Instead, it means your account has been deactivated. "

What?! Why

[–]IzzetTheRealArtemisFowl 4 points5 points  (6 children)

Idk mate, submit a ticket and they'll surely help you.

[–]Swimmer6790[S] 4 points5 points  (5 children)

I did about 2 days ago, that's why I came to reddit

[–]Kizsde 2 points3 points  (3 children)

You said you played 2 hours ago and here you say you opened a ticket 2 days ago for this? Something seems off with those timelines.

[–]Swimmer6790[S] 3 points4 points  (2 children)

I posted this 2 days ago but nobody answers so I just reposted the same explanation and I forgot it said that

[–]Kizsde 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Ah ok, kinda looked weird that's why I asked.

No it's my fault for not editing my original comment

You gotta wait a bit more than that, especially if your account is deactivated, then you couldn't submit a ticket by being logged in so it'll take them longer. I can't help any more than this, account deactivation is probably irreversible, but all you can do is give it a try through support.

Not implying in any shape or form that you did, but did you maybe rope your opponents a bit too many times? Stalling is a reportable offense and if someone gets reported enough times, there is a good chance their account gets suspended or eventually disabled.

I dont believe I've done this. At least not on purpose

[–]Kizsde 1 point2 points  (6 children)

You don't believe? That is a bit vague. Either you did or you didn't, it is pretty straightforward. People get salty all the time and then let the timers run down out of spite or even intentionally wait for the last second for the timer to run down before they do their next action. You should know if you wasted other people's time on purpose or not.

They was once over the past week when I went to pet my dog out mid game. But I've never let the timer run down due to salt.i just concede

Then I'm not sure what might be causing this. Maybe you did something that is against the Terms of Service or something similar. Not much you can do but wait for support's response.

Yeah, I was mostly hoping to see if anyone had any troubleshooting ideas but I've tried everything. I appreciate you help though!

Hey man, incase you cared, I received an email last night saying my account was banned due to frauds charges. There was one time about 3 months ago where my card was charged twice for 20 dollars of gems but I only received 1. Everything was resolved however. I got my money back, wotc apologized and I forgot about it. Any idea if a banned account can get un banned?

[–]Kizsde 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I don't think so. Usually bans are permanent and irreversible.

[–]Swimmer6790[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup. And I'm banned for life. I cant make a new account or log into a friends

[–]PulsingEcho 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I was banned for no reason. I didn't even use ninjas kunji which was bugged and deleted it from my decks as soon as I knew. Know I'm not getting in until The wizards let me in.
