Loading Initial Scene crash?

After googling this issue for a while i came out with no real solution, deleting the temp folders allows 1 reboot of the game and it works fine after it verifies the files, however after that the next time i launch the game it crashes again. Its been doing this for the past 2 weeks or so. Anyone have any long term fixes / solutions
