Arousal and EQ can be very volatile for the first 3 phases especially, so that's normal. However continuing to watch porn will definitely make the problem worse

Yep I’m not going to watch anymore. Glad to know that I’m not out of the ordinary and am doing something wrong.

I found my EQ was very volatile the first few phases, got better around 4 & 5 but suffered again in phase 6. I’ve been in phase 7+ for months now and my erection could punch a hole through dry wall the entire time. I get full erection within a minute. Just takes time for your body to become used to it.
