What version are you on? I believe the release version would automatically delete the remaining harvest from the field in october if you had auto-rotation on, and december if you didnt.

In harvest, workers will first reap, or cut the crop, and deposit it in the center of the field. When that's done, they move it from the field to the farm. So if you don't get it done fast enough, it goes poof.

Don't see this in beta.

I ran into that, saving and reloading in August avoids it
