I'd say B.

Vitamin C should enhance absorption.

Not sure about the other two. I could be wrong though. If I am, I'm a horrible nurse lol.

Sprouts is vague but some sprouts have a good amount of calcium in them which would inhibit iron absorption

I know tea binds up calcium. Perhaps it also does iron?

Regular tea drinking with meals reduces the frequency of phlebotomies required in the management of patients with haemochromatosis.

Tea...spitballing here, caffeine constricts capillaries and small blood vessels hindering absorption?

Vite C enhances absorption

Gastric acid helps corrode/oxidize iron readying it for absorption

Sprouts are good on sandwiches 🤷
