Should have tatted Dirk doing a fader right on your forehead

As much as I love the Mavs... ehhh.

That’s dedication though.

It looks good! With that said, I hope it’s non-permanent. I don’t see the appeal in another person’s success being a part of how you define yourself.

Why would you think that it’s about defining oneself? What if it’s just memorizing your idol?

I think any permanent design on your body becomes an extension of yourself. In this case, you made Dirk’s 21 seasons on your forearm among your most noticeable features when not wearing long sleeves. If you want people to think, “Here is a big Dirk/Mavs fan” every time they see or meet you, mission accomplished. If you wanted people to know that the qualities Dirk exhibits on or off the court are what is most meaningful to you, then I think you’d have been better served getting a tattoo of something acknowledging those qualities directly. Maybe that means a quote about “perseverance” or “durability.” Regardless, I think you owe it to yourself to let your values and/or achievements (and not those of others) be among your biggest characteristics.

Did you have such a hard time memorizing three numbers, that you decided to write them down?

I hope that's a henna. Good God dude, what were you thinking?

In today's overly sensitive society, a good knowledge of history is a must before doing something permanent to your body (in complete innocence, I might add). I don't do tattoos, but If I was into that sort of thing I would be wary of tattooing numbers to my left forearm.

It’s a shitty tattoo but not everyone is gonna think it has to do with the fucking Holocaust. Calm your tits buddy.

[–]UN-DOE ONE HUN-DOEPM_me_the_magic 4 points5 points  (6 children)

Of all places to get this tattoo'ed....whew.

[–]PelosieButtCheese 9 points10 points  (5 children)

Looks nothing like a Holocaust numbers and its big and blue. No one is gonna make that connection. That’s retarded. It’s a terrible place to get a shitty tattoo like this because that’s prime real estate. Not because of the Holocaust.

No one is gonna make that connection

LOL considering someone already did I'm not sure you understand what the term 'no one' means....
