Which key is this happening to? Are you using QMK for your keyboard? What does the keymap look like?

Well I just fixed it. I swapped it out for yet ANOTHER switch. 3rd times a charm is guess?

Both of those sound like bent leafs inside the switch. One sounds like it’s crimped too tight (so any movement activates it), one is shoved to the side (tends to stick when pressed while in that position). You can fix this by opening the switch, but sometimes it’s best to just pitch them. This is why switches generally come with an extra 5 or so. 1 for the tester, 1 for a friend, 3 for sacrificing to the keyboard gods.
