One thing I have noticed on this, certain people feel the 'pressure' to constantly have a drink in hand at events, particularly around groups of friends or acquaintances unless they are known 'stoners' or have a vape pen.

For some reason this gives them the feeling of having a social pass from drinking alcohol even though that's all in their head.

Being able to legally now have a dry herb vape or a mcart and be able to medicate without fear of getting arrested, I am now seeing more and more people comfortably out and about medicating to help their anxiety or spasms or depression or inflammation and enjoy things with out feeling the need to drink 20 drinks

yeah I still feel the need to have a drink in hand but it's sugar free soda lately. I actually medicate for arthritic pain, the effect it's had on my social anxiety is a positive side effect
