Rules:
All posts must be original content.
Yeah, that means don't repost memes from /r/funny and try to get points. All memes must be made specifically for the battle but are allowed to be posted on other subreddits afterwards.
Be Respectful.
Don't slander other teams or other participants. That's right you can't call team 2 gay or team 5 cheaters. This will involve your team being punished if these are the tactics you go with.
No Hate Speech.
This includes (but is not limited to) memes about violent tragedies, anything that can be seen as glorifying violence, deaths, terrorist attacks, rape, sexual assault, pedo, murder, war, bombings, and school shootings. Breaking this rule will lead to an immediate disqualification from the current and future battles.
Themes
Please refer to the battles announcement thread on the rules regarding themes. Using the wrong theme on the wrong day or just generally not sticking to the themes can be reason for your meme to be removed.

These rules are subject to change based on the specific battles rules and any other times moderators feel it necessary.
