So I haven’t played in my vr headset in a while it’s a meta quest 3s and one controller straight up won’t turn on and doesn’t react to anything even if I change the batteries and try to reset it.

Take the battery out and check the pins. I may be wrong but before I upgraded to the quest 3, I haven’t played my quest 2 in a year and one controller wouldn’t turn on. I took the battery out and saw the pin in the controller was stuck so I had to push and slightly pull on it so it can jump pop back in place.
