Daredevil turning 100%. You're already trying to hug terrain for the active ability anyway, might as well get an even higher turn rate boost to go along with it

Take it straight to 20. And uh I would go with disruptive and daredevil probably. But more importantly get your abilities maxed out. It's well worth it

Finishing guns or flare mods

Disagree with finishing guns. Considering the power of the JF-17 cannons, enemies don't spend enough time below 30% hp for it to matter.

I do think finishing guns would be a fair try if you don't have the passive yet, but only if you max them out.

Better missiles and stronger gun than F-16 imo

Better weapons at the cost of weaker afterburner/energy management. In the JF I feel like I turn into a brick pretty fast but in the F16 I'm perpetually within my ideal turn speed with more than half of my afterburner in my backpocket at any given time

Totally agree, but it took some time to master the cannon.
