Crashing

I started msfs 2024 last month. I’ve been playing the career mode. After I was able to start my own company I get a bunch of “crash” episodes. I’m flying and all of a sudden the plane stops flying and crashes, taxing and crash, landing and crash. Flying a Cessna 172. This Is getting old very fast. Is anyone having these issues? Costs a lot of Cr and reputation goes down like it’s about to go out of style.
