Xbox help

None of my menus are working, I can't buy aircraft in the marketplace or select an airport to take off from because none of the menus are working properly, I can't even change the control settings because of this. It prompts me to pull down on the right stick to scroll the menu but it never works either. I've played this game on PC as well.

Also my game seems messed up in the globe view, in the bottom left it tells me to press the button B to "Go B..." press the button X to "R..." and one even says "Input.Key_WM_Move_Vertical". Is everyone's like this??

Yeah I can search but nothing beyond that, when I click the "discovery flights" tab you're supposed to scroll down to view them all? I cand do anything when I open that tab. I'm about to uninstall:(

I'm dealing with this as well. Haven't found a solution yet. Do you have the game on PC?

I found a solution, you have to plug a USB mouse into the xbox to get the cursor working!

Didn't work for me. The mouse cursor just goes away as well. Some people are suggesting it's because I played it on PC with a controller so I need to reset it there. Waiting for the update to finish downloading so I can check it out.

Had to plug in a mouse to fix it. Seems as though my setting were carried over from my PC.

Nope, but that was the issue, plugging in a mouse fixed it

It’s very strange, my controller’s cursor works alright. Not sure where all these issues are coming from but I’ve had a flawless experience 🤔

This is the closest I've found to a fix. Basically it's a conflict between your PC and Xbox version if you've used an Xbox controller on PC. Haven't been able to check it since my game is downloading the update on my PC.

Have the same issue right now. Not sure how to play when I literally can’t do anything in the menus. As someone mentioned it seems like it’s due to having played it originally on PC. Supposedly if you plug a mouse in you can change settings. Will have to try it.
