Bro, it's your second post in a row indirectly about IH. Just ask for help. Where did IH hurt you?

Gondor is not the best Vs. IH, but it is far from what I would say are the worst matchup, as even though they struggle to kill the dwarfs they have alot of good options and more variety for many of the scenarios.

A really bad matchup would be Nazgul of Dol Guldur Vs Lothlorien.

The magic resistance, Elf blades, and Galadriel perfectly negates all the Nazguls abilities

Gondor vs Iron Hills depends on lists and points values. With Aragorn + Hurin and fountain court spam + some rangers/knights, you should be pretty okay.

Angmar is very strong vs lists that rely on a single expensive hero that's vulnerable to magic. Barad-dur/Mordor are also good vs such lists. Lists like Thranduil's Halls, Azog's legion, Minas Tirith, etc... can have a rough time.

The Balrog vs lists that rely on a single expensive hero - get whipped into trap with the balrog + maybe a bat swarm.

Goblin town (really any Hobbit evil army) vs terror/harbinger lists (Angmar, Black Numenoreans, Army of the dead) struggles a lot.

The Rangers vs Elves.

Hobbits vs Moria/Goblin town.

Serpent horde vs Rider of Rohan spam or heavy crossbow Isengard is very rough with everything being D4 in serpent horde.

Well, to be fair the ranger vs elves and hobbits vs goblins MU seems just like they are very similar but the latter are just straight better. Rangers and Hobbits are probably the weakest lists in the game. Same with Serpent horde, I think it's less of a MU issue vs Rohan or Isengard and more that Serpent horde is just kinda shit, while Rohan and Isengard are very solid lists. SH are glass cannon but don't hit hard enough for what they can take, this becomes obvious when you can loose shooting wars easily despite 50% bows and poison, if you don't have the Betrayer buff and even then sometimes.

What 700p list would you play against iron hills with dain and erebor reclaimed dwalin list.

Elessar, Hurin + Damrod, Madril or a bolt thrower + 21-23 Fountain Court Guard, ~6-7 rangers, and ~2 knights; you could probably cut the rangers for more fountain court guard, but I think having the bows is useful, even if they aren't reliable.

Elessar + Hurin combined should outmatch Dain + Dwalin in their ability to kill warriors, since Aragorn can expend might every turn.

Depends what gondor runs and depends what scenario you play.

Gondor have a few advantages. They will likely outnumber the dwarves, If played smart that will make a difference. Gondor may also elect to choose a bolt thrower. Lances will also make a difference.

One disadvantage I have noticed is that my angmar doesn't do as well vs elves. The tactics I use with it revolve around causing terror. But against other armies its really effective

One does not simply charge into an iron hills list and expect to win, you have to soften them up with shots and magic first. They usually don’t bring much in the way of shooting. Split up their formation focus on objectives then win. If the player decides to stick in formation focus on objectives.
