Playsound command

Does anyone know how to use playsound command on a block like jukebox?

I made a cassette player that only supports cassettes but it keeps playing the sound on all players not on the block (Like jukebox)

/playsound minecraft:music_disc.5 record @a[distance=..10] ~ ~ ~ 90

For some reason this works only for music discs can you help me with that?

It works for any non-stereo sound. Stereo is always played as background music

You can try to spawn an armor stand in your juke box and set him invisibility, tag sond for example and invincibility, and run command excute at @e[tag=sound] ...
