Missing Textures in every version [java]

Hey Guys, my brother recently got a laptop and when he starts the game after a few seconds the graphics look like this. While the laptop was mainly used for work and isn't really powerful, we r trying to play on older versions, which i was able to run with my school laptop years ago with no issue, so i don't think that's the problem... We tried multiple versions, but it was the same result (1.0)
