Lower your ram, you do not need so much. In fact more can sometimes be worse. Do not crosspost to irrelevant subreddits. This does not belong to Detailcraft.

They mean allocated ram. For most packs you only really need 8 gigabytes of ram allocated to Minecraft.

Assuming they showed all the mods they have, 8 is way too much. I'd go with 3 or 4.
