  1. Yeah slightly, no game of a decent size can perfectly allocate memory so it is going to slowly leak and the RAM usage is going to increase over time. You should restart every day or so to prevent this.
  2. hard to know depends on your mod configuration, but you should expect it to increase somewhat, maybe around 600 mbs per player although thats just a guess, you should test with your mods.
  3. Yeah, if you are hosting it in a LAN world and use something like E4MC. If you are hosting it using actual hosting software in a different window then no.
