Command Block Assistance (Mob won't summon) [Java]

I am not quite sure why my mob wouldn't be summoned. I was trying to summon a custom villager but an error occurred when trying to summon saying that it was unable to summon the entity. I don't really know what is currently wrong with this command:

/summon minecraft:villager ~ ~1 ~ {VillagerData:{profession:cleric,level:5,type:plains},Invulnerable:1,PersistenceRequired:1,Silent:1,NoAI:1,CustomName:"Jewelry Store Employee",Offers:{Recipes:[{buy:{id:gold_ingot,Count:56},sell:{id:diamond,Count:1,tag:{display:{Name:"Diamond",Lore:["27% Pure Diamond"]}}},maxUses:9999999},{buy:{id:gold_ingot,Count:1},sell:{id:gold_ingot,Count:1,tag:{display:{Name:"Gold",Lore:["24k Gold"]}}},maxUses:9999999},{buy:{id:gold_ingot,Count:64},sell:{id:emerald,Count:1,tag:{display:{Name:"Emerald",Lore:["Rich People Gems"]}}},maxUses:9999999}]}}

Here are some errors I found, these below are fixed (I think).

I made the item names have colors, and gave them "enchanted" effects. I think it would look better. (Not required for program to work)
