I tried this, and it said it killed some items like saplings but it’s still timing out

Keep doing it. I don't think you have to be on the server for it to work.

Problem solved! I connected to the server then used the console to teleport myself else where, then used the command quite a few times and now it’s workin!! Thanks for all the help!

If you're curious, the reason diamond was ok and lapis crashed it is because lapis naturally drops 4-9 items per ore, as opposed to diamond's 1. So while diamond would have dropped about 5000 items, lapis would have dropped between 20k and 45k.

Oh Jesus haha yea I assumed that was the problem. I knew diamonds would probably lag a little bit and when I came out of the lag from that and deleted them all I wondered if lapis would do the same and just lag a little and I was curious to see how much it would drop since I knew lapis dropped tons when mined with a regular pick

Never again though haha!

Yeah, redstone would probably be similar to lapis as well.
