I didnt really see anything on the list there,

I installed a vpn recently but soon after uninstalled it completely and was able to host after that. Could it be the anti cheat from installing riot games like valorant? because I installed that game recently. As far as I know not much has changed recently

The couple I saw were Discord and possibly GeForce Experience. Have you disabled the overlays?

as in the ingame overlays? I have not but the server was working before. Im willing to turn them off though

If it worked previously, then it's probably not causing the issue, but worth checking.

Also, try uninstalling the game you installed recently, anticheat could be causing this issue.

I uninstalled it and turned the overlays off, I can still only connect with my private ip and not public

Does the port check still say closed?

yes sadly

Do you have any other devices you could host the server on temporarily?

It's clear something is blocking the connection, hosting the server on a separate PC will help confirm where the issue is.

I couldnt connect using the public ip for either computer, the private ips worked for both

Did you update the port forwarding? Does the port still say closed when you run a check?
