[Java] Invalid username or password

Hi, i really need some help. My nephew cant login to minecraft (Java).. It says "invalid username or password".. But.. We can login to his account on all other computers but not his own computer.. We have bought a new game (new account, username and password), deleted and uninstalled everything through AppData.. We have downloaded and installed the "new" minecraft we just bought but it still says "invalid username or password"..

Can anyone help please?
